Architecture/ Engineering

All architectural and engineering drawings are done in-house and stamped by our staff. Although we work with other architects, we prefer our in-house process as it is quicker, more efficient, guarantees finishes and pricing with less reliance on outside parties.

Construction/ Interiors

Our universal interior designer/ project managers are involved with your project from the initial consultation until the completion of your project. We feel this is the best way for you to visualize the process without having to rely on additional staff to make finish selections.


Florida Home partners with several realtors in South Florida. Our real estate license allows us to pay realtor commissions. while offering our clients assistance in locating, buying and selling property.

Our new home  pricing starts at  $600 sf for a 6,000 sf two story home under air with 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 3 car garage, pool and more.  (ADD $350,000 M+L allowance for waterfront properties for new house/pool pilings, house structural slab new seawall and dock).  Visit our new home designs, standard features and pricing pages for more info. Our design professionals work closely with you to develop a scope of work, preliminary concept plans. and select finishes to develop budgets for your project. Once the client accepts the floor plan and pricing we enter into a contract with a 10% deposit to start construction plans, 10% upon building permit submittal,  8+- progress payments based on preset completed work milestones with a 5% final payment.

Estimated Design/Permitting/ Build Timeline:  Plans – 2 months+-   Permits  – 2-3 months+- and Construction  – 12 to 14 months+-.

We charge a $5,000 fee per conceptual floor plan with standard features, project timeline and pricing that is credited towards your project if you decide to move forward.

Florida Home works on a  fixed price/lump sum format with allowances, we do not offer cost-plus contracts.
