Florida Home has in-house services to offer a seamless design/build experience.

Our new home pricing starts at $600 sf for a new  6,000 sf home (under air) with 1,000 sf of garages, portico, and lanai area on a 80′ x 110′ property. (ADD $350,000 M+L allowance for waterfront homes for new house/pool pilings, new house structural slab, and new seawall and dock).



We hold licenses for general contracting, architecture, engineering, interior design and realty. We are fully insured.

Yes, our architecture and engineering services are done in-house. We prefer our process as it  delivers results much faster than using a 3rd party architect.

Our design professionals work closely with you to develop a scope of work, preliminary concept plans and select finishes to develop budgets for your project. Once the client accepts the floor plan and pricing we enter into a contract.

Our design process usually takes 8-10 weeks with a realistic timeline of 10- 12 weeks for permit approvals and 10-12 months for construction.

Our in-house staff can manage three new homes and three full scale renovations per year.  We assign one of our universal interior designer/project managers for each project .

Once a concept plan and a scope of work is agreed upon we enter into a contract with a 10% deposit to start the construction plans, An additional 10% payment is due when the plans are submitted to the building department, with 8-10 progress payments based on preset completed work milestones.
