New Home Redevelopment

Our new home redevelopment program allows a seller to market their existing property as vacant land with an additional listing for a proposed new home at the same time. This listing method is fully compliant with the MLS and is available for properties that qualify as redevelopment (teardown) properties in Palm Beach and Northern Broward County. If Florida Home  is able to pre-sell a new home on your lot, we will pay all realtor commissions (6%) on both the property and new home. Standard commissions apply to seller If the  property sells as is at any time. 

Older waterfront homes , typically with 8 ‘ ceilings on a lot that can accommodate a 5,000 sf new home in Palm Beach and Northern Broward counties. With the current shortage of housing inventory we feel that buyers coming to South Florida will be looking to build new homes  in this fashion. Florida Home will manage all meetings with prospective buyers.

Once an agreement is reached, the buyer will purchase the property from seller, Florida Home will pay 6% realtor commission on property and new home at closing of property with buyer  entering into a building contract with Florida Home.The seller is paid in full before construction begins.

There are no fees to the seller or participating brokers.  If  Florida Home  is hired to build a new home on your seller’s property, we will pay all realtor commissions (6%). If the property is sold as is at any time, the seller pays standard commissions on the sale of the property only.
